Complete #1-16. Remember to do your Order of Operations Backwards unless the addition or subtraction is part of a fraction. If that's the case, get rid of the fraction by multiplying both sides by its denominator.

Welcome back everyone. This first week will be remote learning for all. The topic is Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
