Dystopian – adj - relating to or
denoting an imagined state or society where there is great suffering or
injustice.
A dystopia is an imagined world or society in which people lead wretched, dehumanized, fearful
lives.
Simply, a dystopia is defined as a bad place, a place where no one would want
to live, a place in which one's rights and freedoms would be gone, a place
where the environment would be devastated. Dystopia is created from the Greek
prefix “dys” meaning bad, harsh, or wrong and the Greek root “topos” meaning
place.
